Scheduled report emails
Reports can be disabled or sent daily, weekly on Monday, or monthly on the first day. They are generated at 08:00 server time for the preceding reporting window.
Choose the primary recipient and optional comma-separated CC addresses. Reports include total and new subscribers, notifications sent, clicks, click rate, and the opt-in funnel.
Using the numbers
Click-through rate is the fastest health signal for a push channel: a sudden drop usually points to weak copy or a mistimed send, while a steady CTR across broadcasts suggests your segment and cadence are working.
Watch subscriber growth alongside broadcast performance. A channel that is gaining subscribers but losing CTR is often over-sending; a channel with flat growth but strong CTR usually has room to expand its audience.
Frequently asked questions
- What timezone do scheduled report emails use?
- Reports are generated at 08:00 server time and cover the reporting window (previous day, week, or month) that ended just before that generation time.
- Can more than one person receive the report email?
- Yes. Set one primary recipient and add any number of additional recipients as comma-separated CC addresses.
- Does the dashboard show real-time data or the same numbers as the report email?
- The dashboard reflects near real-time figures for the filter you select, while the report email is a fixed snapshot generated once per scheduled interval.
