Manage PushWave Broadcasts

Search broadcasts, inspect audience snapshots, watch progress, and use post-creation actions.

In the app→PushWave → Broadcasts

Find and inspect

Search by title and filter by one or more statuses or a created date range. The grid reports sent, views, clicks, CTR, status, and creation date.

The detail screen shows content, schedule, target filters, eligible audience snapshot, country/browser/device breakdowns, delivery metrics, and live progress for active work.

Available actions

  • Cancel a scheduled broadcast before it begins.
  • Cancel an active broadcast when cancellation is available.
  • Edit a draft or scheduled record where permitted.
  • Duplicate a broadcast to create a reusable copy.
  • Resend a completed broadcast as a new delivery operation.
  • Export broadcast results.
  • Delete a broadcast after confirming the permanent action.

Reading broadcast status

Every broadcast moves through a predictable lifecycle: draft, scheduled, sending, completed, or canceled. The status badge on the grid reflects this in real time, so you can tell at a glance whether a push is still queued, actively delivering, or finished.

While a broadcast is sending, the detail screen updates progress live, including how many eligible subscribers have been reached so far. This is the fastest way to confirm a broadcast is moving before you decide whether to cancel or let it run.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit a broadcast after it has started sending?
No. Once a broadcast enters the sending state its content and targeting are locked; you can only cancel it if cancellation is still available for that send.
What happens when I resend a completed broadcast?
Resend creates a new delivery operation using the same content and targeting rules, evaluated against the current subscriber list at the time you resend.
Why can’t I delete a broadcast that is currently sending?
Active sends are locked from deletion to prevent inconsistent delivery records; cancel the broadcast first, then delete it once it reaches a canceled or completed state.
