Templates are starting points

The template does not bypass validation or audience selection. Every field remains editable.

Why templates speed up broadcast creation

Writing a strong push notification from a blank editor every time is slower and more inconsistent than starting from a proven structure. Templates give you a tested starting point for title length, message tone, and image usage across common notification types, so new campaign managers can produce solid broadcasts without learning every best practice from scratch.

Because a template prefills the broadcast wizard rather than replacing it, every field, including audience targeting and delivery timing, still goes through the same validation as a broadcast built from scratch. This keeps the speed benefit of templates without giving up control over who receives the message and when.

Getting the most from the template library

Browse by category first if you already know the type of notification you need, such as a promotional alert, content update, or re-engagement nudge; this narrows the choices faster than scrolling the full library. Preview a template fully before selecting Use Template so you understand its structure, including any prefilled UTM parameters.

Always personalize the title, message, destination URL, and images for your specific audience rather than sending a template unedited; the template exists to save setup time, not to replace a message tailored to your subscribers. Save your own strongest broadcasts as reusable references for the team once you find a structure that performs well.
