Create a PushWave Broadcast
Use the three-step wizard and understand every content, audience, and send option.
In the app→PushWave → Broadcasts → New Broadcast
Step 1: Content
- Title, message, URL
- Required visitor-facing content with 85, 135, and 1,600 character limits.
- Icon and large image
- Optional notification artwork with live Windows, macOS, and Android previews.
- Multi-action buttons
- Up to two button label and URL pairs when the plan includes the feature.
- Duration
- Retries delivery until expiration for up to 28 days when the browser is unavailable.
- UTM parameters
- Source, medium, campaign, term, and content attribution appended to links.
- Advanced behavior
- Tag, direction, timestamp, vibration, badge, renotify, silent, and require-interaction controls.
Step 2: Audience
Send to all active subscribers or use a saved segment plus additional country, browser, device, and subscribed-page filters. The chosen rules are saved as the broadcast audience snapshot.
Step 3: Delivery
- Send Now
- Queues the broadcast for the eligible audience immediately.
- Schedule
- Sends at the chosen date and time in the active site timezone.
- Save as Draft
- Stores the broadcast without sending.
- Send Test
- Sends to one selected subscriber for validation.
