Configure PushWave webhooks, privacy, and retention

Send signed lifecycle events to another system and control subscriber-facing privacy settings.

Webhook events

Choose the destination URL and events, provide a secret or let PushWave generate it, then send a test. Every payload is signed with HMAC-SHA256 in the X-PushWave-Signature header.

  • subscriber.created and subscriber.unsubscribed.
  • broadcast.sent and broadcast.failed.
  • notification.clicked.

Privacy and retention settings

Data notice text
Explains subscription data collection before or alongside the opt-in experience.
Privacy policy URL
Links visitors to the site policy.
Retention days
Defines the age window for purging prompt, pageview, and notification event data.
Geolocation
Enables country-level subscriber information.
Audit log
Records recent security and configuration actions.
