Create a bot
- Bot name
- Internal dashboard name.
- Widget display name
- Name shown to website visitors.
- Greeting
- First message in the chat widget.
- Primary color and position
- Initial widget appearance.
- Fallback message
- Shown when indexed knowledge does not provide an answer.
- Lead capture after
- Optional visitor-message count before requesting an email.
Plan usage and lifecycle
My Bots shows bot capacity, monthly message use, successful upload events, and transferred data use. Exact limits come from the active plan shown in the dashboard.
A bot can be duplicated for a new configuration. Deleting a bot removes its documents, conversations, leads, and widget configuration, so export anything needed first.
