Change visitor-facing identity, color, position, disclaimer, support link, and suggested questions.
Appearance and guidance
- Set the display name, greeting, primary color, and bottom-left or bottom-right position.
- Preview changes before saving.
- Remove Powered by K2Mailer only when the active plan allows branding removal.
- Write an AI disclaimer or leave it blank to use the platform default.
- Insert {contact_support} in the disclaimer and set a support URL to create a clickable support link.
- Add up to three suggested-question pills or leave all three blank.
Allowed domains
The widget only runs on configured domains. Add an exact domain such as example.com or a wildcard such as *.example.com, within the active plan limit.
Designing a widget visitors actually use
Match the primary color to your existing brand palette rather than a default accent; a widget that looks native to the site gets more first clicks than one that reads as a bolted-on third-party tool.
Keep suggested-question pills specific to real visitor intent, such as pricing, setup, or support topics, instead of generic prompts like "ask me anything." Specific pills reduce hesitation and lead to more completed conversations.
Position the widget on the side of the screen with the least layout competition, usually bottom-right on content-heavy pages and bottom-left when a checkout or chat tool already occupies the right side.

- Yes, but only on plans that include branding removal; on other plans the branding stays visible in the widget footer.
- What does {contact_support} do in the disclaimer text?
- It inserts a clickable support link built from the support URL you configure, so visitors can escalate to a human without leaving the disclaimer text.
- Can the widget run on more than one domain?
- Yes, add each exact domain or a wildcard such as *.example.com, up to the number of allowed domains on your active plan.
