Customize the AI chat widget
Change visitor-facing identity, color, position, disclaimer, support link, and suggested questions.
In the app→My Bots → select bot → Widget
Appearance and guidance
- Set the display name, greeting, primary color, and bottom-left or bottom-right position.
- Preview changes before saving.
- Remove Powered by K2Mailer only when the active plan allows branding removal.
- Write an AI disclaimer or leave it blank to use the platform default.
- Insert {contact_support} in the disclaimer and set a support URL to create a clickable support link.
- Add up to three suggested-question pills or leave all three blank.
Allowed domains
The widget only runs on configured domains. Add an exact domain such as example.com or a wildcard such as *.example.com, within the active plan limit.
