In the app→My Bots → select bot → Documents → Uploaded Files
Supported files
After upload, the package extracts text, splits it into overlapping knowledge chunks, and indexes it in a background queue. The status moves through pending or processing to completed or failed.
- PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLSX, and XLS.
Quotas and retries
Successful file uploads and successful URL ingests count as monthly upload events and transferred data. Current document count is tracked separately from the monthly counters.
A failed file can be retried from the Documents screen while the retry limit allows it. Review the displayed error before retrying the same unchanged file.
