Train a bot from a web URL
Index a public page as a knowledge source and resync it when the source changes.
In the app→My Bots → select bot → Documents → Web URLs
Add a URL

Open the Web URLs tab and enter the full HTTPS page URL.

Add the URL and wait for the ingestion job to fetch, extract, chunk, and index its content.

Review the indexing status and any displayed error.

Use Resync after the source page changes, or delete a source that should no longer answer questions.
Use focused source pages
A clear FAQ, documentation, policy, or product page generally produces more reliable retrieval than a broad page containing unrelated navigation and promotional text.
