Checks that always run
- Missing or overly long subject lines.
- High uppercase ratios and excessive exclamation marks.
- Malformed merge tags and unbalanced spintax.
- Missing unsubscribe link or merge tag.
- Missing configured physical mailing address.
AI and moderation layers
Premium plans can receive contextual spam-phrasing, tone, clarity, subject/body mismatch, rewrite suggestions, and alternative subject lines.
Content moderation can flag policy-risk content. Only campaign template content is analyzed; contact personal data is not sent for this review.
What blocks scheduling
A missing unsubscribe mechanism or a moderation flag creates a hard block at the schedule gate. Other issues reduce the 0–100 score and raise the risk level but remain reviewable.
If the AI service is unavailable, local checks still run. The system does not invent a failure that prevents sending solely because the optional AI layer failed.
