Manage suppressions, bounces, spam, and blacklist data

Keep addresses and domains that should not receive mail out of production sends.

In the appSuppress & Blacklist

Protection layers

Suppression
Exact email or domain-level exclusions, entered manually or imported, optionally scoped to a list.
Global Bounce
Addresses recorded as bounced across the tenant, with import and export support.
Global Spam
Addresses associated with complaint events.
Blacklisted IPs and domains
Monitoring views for affected infrastructure and detailed records.

Account-level recipient handling

General settings can leave bounced, spam, or suppressed recipients unchanged, mark them unsubscribed, or mark them inactive. The selected behavior applies to current and future matching recipients.

Do not casually re-enable suppressed recipients

A suppression may represent a legal preference, complaint, or repeated delivery failure.
