Create an email campaign manually
Build the reusable campaign content that a schedule later sends to an audience.
In the app→Campaigns → Create New
Campaign fields
- Group
- Internal organization for saved campaigns.
- Name
- Internal campaign reference. Recipients do not see it.
- Email subject
- Recipient-facing subject that can contain supported shortcodes.
- HTML content
- Primary rich email body, editable in CKEditor or imported from a template.
- Text content
- Plain-text alternative. Use Copy as Text as a starting point, then review it.
Save before scheduling
The campaign record stores content only. After saving, use the Schedule action to select its lists, sending servers, send time, and delivery speed.
A web-view version is available through the newsletter route, and saved campaigns can be copied for reuse.
