Create reusable spin tags
Store named phrase alternatives and use them where K2Mailer supports shortcodes.
In the app→Automation → Spin Tags
Create a spin tag

Open Automation → Spin Tags and add a clear internal name.

Enter each alternative phrase as a separate value.

Save the tag and insert its shortcode from the Shortcodes selector.

Send a test and confirm the generated variation still reads naturally in its full sentence.
