How a drip is assembled
Each drip step selects one saved campaign and belongs to a drip group. An active step can send instantly or after a configured number of minutes, hours, or days.
Multiple ordered steps in the same group form the series that a scheduled drip or trigger starts.
Build the series

Create and save every campaign used in the journey.

Create the first active drip step and select its group, campaign, and Instant timing.

Add later steps in the same group with After timing and the required delay.
- 4
Review the order and status of every step before connecting the group to an audience.
