Send automatic follow-ups to a segment

Create a follow-up

1. 1

   Create the segment that identifies eligible recipients.

2. 2

   Create and save the follow-up campaign.

3. 3

   Open Auto Follow Up, give the rule a name, and leave it active only when ready.

4. 4

   Select the segment, campaign, and sending server, then save.

5. 5

   Review results under the Auto Follow Up statistics views, including sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, spam, logs, and exports.
