Quick answer: what is the K2Mailer platform?

The K2Mailer platform is one account with three separate products: K2Mailer for email marketing, PushWave for browser push notifications, and AI Chat Assistant for website chat widgets trained on your own content. You sign in once and switch between products from the navigation.

Each product keeps its own dashboard, subscription state, limits, and data. That separation means you can use one product, two, or all three, and you only manage the plans you actually need.

Three products, one account

The workspace contains three separate products. K2Mailer handles email marketing, PushWave handles browser push notifications, and AI Chat Assistant creates website chat widgets trained on your content.

Each product has its own dashboard, subscription state, limits, and data. The product links in the navigation let you switch without signing in again.

K2Mailer
Contacts, email campaigns, automation, deliverability, forms, templates, statistics, and email APIs.
PushWave
Sites, browser subscribers, push broadcasts, segments, templates, reports, and push APIs.
AI Chat Assistant
Bots, knowledge sources, widgets, conversations, leads, analytics, webhooks, and developer API access.

Which product should you start with?

Start with the product that matches the channel you want to use first. You can add the others later from the same account.

You want to email customers or subscribers
Start with K2Mailer. Follow Send your first email campaign to set up your sender identity, sending domain, sending server, contacts, and first campaign.
You want to notify website visitors in their browser
Start with PushWave. Follow the PushWave quick start to connect a site and collect browser subscribers.
You want visitors to get instant answers on your site
Start with AI Chat Assistant. Follow Publish your first AI chat assistant to train a bot and embed the widget.

How the three products stay separate

  • Dashboards are separate. K2Mailer, PushWave, and AI Chat Assistant each open their own dashboard.
  • Subscriptions are separate. Each product has its own trial, plan, and subscription state.
  • Limits are separate. Usage limits come from the plan of the product you are using.
  • Data is separate. Email contacts, push subscribers, and chatbot knowledge, conversations, and leads live in their own product.
  • Sign-in is shared. One account lets you move between products without signing in again.

Access and trials

A new account receives a separate 14-day trial for each registered product. Staff users do not have independent subscriptions; they inherit product access from their parent client account.

If a product trial expires or access is paused, the product sends you to the subscription screen instead of exposing its dashboard.

Plans are product-specific

Changing the PushWave plan does not change K2Mailer or AI Chat Assistant. Manage each product from Billing & Plans.
