Billing, Plans & Cancellation Guide
Understand separate product subscriptions, PayPal checkout, custom plans, and access after cancellation.
Subscription dashboard
Billing & Plans shows K2Mailer, PushWave, and AI Chat Assistant separately, including plan, status, billing cycle, trial or renewal date, PayPal reference, and current access.
Standard plans can use monthly or annual billing when configured. The Customize option calculates a plan from selected product resources and confirms the price on the server before PayPal checkout.
Cancellation behavior
Canceling an active PayPal subscription stops renewal. Access remains available through the current paid period and is removed after that date.
A past-due subscription keeps access during the payment retry window. A paused subscription does not provide access.
Each product renews independently
Canceling one product does not cancel the other two.
