Configure organization and sender details
Set the identity and postal details used by sending workflows and compliance checks.
In the app→Settings → Organization
Fields used by the platform
- Default sender name and email
- The account-level identity available to outgoing mail settings.
- Organization name and website
- The business identity associated with the tenant.
- Street, city, state, country, postal code
- The physical mailing address checked by the pre-send analyzer.
Why the address must be complete
The pre-send analyzer compares visible campaign text with the configured organization address. If it cannot find that address in the campaign, it reports a compliance warning.
Place the address in a reusable footer template so every commercial campaign includes it consistently.
