Administer subscriptions and AI model providers
Configure product plans, inspect subscription status, assign access, and manage the active AI provider.

Subscription administration
- Configure visible product plans and PayPal plan references.
- Review the cross-product subscription report.
- Assign a plan, sync a PayPal subscription, extend a trial, or cancel product access for a client.
AI Chat administration
- Configure and activate chat-model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Azure OpenAI, or a controlled custom HTTP endpoint.
- Test provider credentials and list available models where the provider supports discovery.
- Review users and their bots, change plan assignments, enable or disable bots, retry documents, and inspect usage logs.
Provider credentials are platform secrets
Keep AI keys in the protected model settings store. Do not place them in public client code or expose them to tenant users.
