Configure a sending server

Connect SMTP or a supported email API, set sender details, process reports, and control throughput.

In the app→Setup → Sending Servers

Supported delivery types

PHP Mail and SMTP.
Amazon SES API, Mailgun API, SparkPost API, SendGrid API, Mandrill API.
Elastic Email API, MailJet API, and SendinBlue API.

Shared settings

From name and email: The sender identity shown to recipients. The domain part is selected from configured sending domains.
Reply email: The mailbox that receives recipient replies.
Bounce handler: Optional mailbox used to process bounce notices.
Tracking domain: Verified domain used for open and click URLs.
Sending speed: Unlimited or a fixed hourly/daily provider-safe quota.

Provider reports

Supported API providers can process delivery events through the callback URL displayed in the form. Add that URL in the provider dashboard and enable the events you need, such as bounce, failure, and complaint.

Amazon SES additionally uses a configuration set and SNS subscription.
